Formed in 1995, the Virginia Cross Ties have performed at churches, concerts and festivals in VA, TN, NC, SC, GA, WV, MD, PA, KY, OH, MI, IN, TX, LA, AL and AR. They have worked shows with some of the best in Bluegrass, such as RALPH STANLEY, JIM and JESSE, LARRY SPARKS, BLUE HIGHWAY, DOYLE LAWSON, DEL McCOURY, MOUNTAIN HEART, PAUL WILLIAMS, DAVE EVANS, JAMES KING, LOST and FOUND, THE ISSACS, and many others.

VIRGINIA CROSS TIES latest CD, "Step of Faith" on Crosscut Records has been well received by fans and radio. It contains both new and older material, and includes the fiddle of Michael Cleveland (IBMA fiddle player of the year in 2001 and 2002). A new album of all original material is in the works for release in the Spring of 2005.

Virginia Cross Ties member, Millard Edwards hosts a 6-hr Bluegrass radio program on WAXM-FM, a 50,000-watt station in Norton, VA each Wednesday evening and advertises all Gospel Concerts, Bluegrass Festivals and other Music events FREE OF CHARGE.
